GPA Master is designed to function completely offline without requiring any user registration or account setup. Here is how your data is handled:

• No Account Required: You do not need to provide your name, email address, phone number, or any login credentials to use GPA Master.
• Local Data Storage: All course names, semester records, credit hours, and grade entries are saved exclusively on your local device using Android's SQLite/Room database.
• No Cloud Servers: GPA Master does not operate external databases or cloud servers to store your GPA data. Your academic record never leaves your smartphone.

Network & Internet Connections

GPA Master works 100% offline. The core application logic operates entirely without an active internet connection:

• No Telemetry or Tracking: We do not transmit analytics data, session metrics, or usage logs over the internet.
• No Background Uploads: There are no background sync processes or hidden data transfers.

Third-Party Services & Advertising

We believe in maintaining a clean, distraction-free environment for students. Therefore:

• No Advertisements: GPA Master contains zero ads. We do not integrate third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).
• No Third-Party Analytics: We do not embed analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics).
• No Data Sharing or Selling: Because we do not collect your data, we never sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties or data brokers.

App Permissions

GPA Master requests minimal permissions on Android devices, used strictly for optional user-initiated actions:

• Storage / Media Permission (Optional): Required only if you choose to export your grade reports or transcripts as PDF or CSV files to your device's local storage directory.
• Notification Permission (Optional): Required only if you opt to set local study or grade reminders. All notifications are scheduled locally on your device.

Data Retention & Deletion

You retain absolute control over your academic data at all times:

• Deleting Your Data: You can clear your data at any time from within the app settings or via Android system settings (Settings > Apps > GPA Master > Storage > Clear Data).
• Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling GPA Master permanently deletes all locally stored data from your device.

Children's Privacy

GPA Master is designed for university and college students. However, because our application does not collect any personally identifiable information from any user, it is entirely safe for users of all ages, including children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app updates or regulatory changes. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy.
